Counselling Fees
Individual therapy: $160.00 + GST for 60 minutes; $200.00 + GST for 90 minutes.
Couples therapy: $250.00 + GST for 90 minutes; $300.00 + GST for 120 minutes.
No fee is charged for a 20 minutes telephone consultation and questions.
AG Counselling fees are in accordance with the recommended fee guidelines set forth by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
Cancellation of Appointments
Please understand that when you make an appointment, we are reserving that time for you. If you are late, there may or may not be a possibility of extending your session to give you your full time.
There will be no charge for missed appointments if notice is given 24 hours before the session.
Payment
Payment for counselling services is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks or e-Transfers.
Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor(RCC) is covered under many extended health benefit plans. Please check with your insurance provider or with your human resources representative at your workplace. At each appointment, you will receive a receipt with all information necessary to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
